You can order specific packaged Client Case Files (CCF) for Mortgage Pension & Investment CCF's by logging into your account and placing your requirements.

There are restrictions on the Min and Max CCF batched orders per account. The minimum order placement is 20 Case Files/mth. The maximum order is 40 case files /mth. A deposit of 50 % of the order placement value is required to secure all batched orders. Prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. All orders are confirmed by email same day. Distribution dates are provided within the order email confirmation together with our deposit invoice. All deposits must be paid within 3 days of receipt. If no deposit is received the allocated batch is re-processed onto the PIM Portal. Full settlement of the remaining balance is due 3 days after receipt of your distributed CCF batch order.


Distribution batch dates vary up to 6 weeks from order placement. Delivery can be in pre-agreed numeric multiples/wk or full batch distribution from the agreed distribution date, subject to recipient provider handling capacity. All CCF cases are processed via WWL & eClaims UK Professional Advisors portals and are three phase compliant. As our portal updates are live we do not accept future forward orders. All orders are on a ranked "First Come" serviced rota basis, we do not catchment hold CCFs. All CCF volume numbers are subject to online availability via our multi portal feeds.


Orders can be in hard copy format posted out (Recorded Delivery) or in PDF format emailed securely and directly. Batch orders are accepted on a "first come first served basis" CCF catchment numbers are updated daily within our portals (Mon to Fri). On receipt of each CCF the named client must be contacted immediately. All queries regarding your CCF are handled through your appointed Manager.


We operate a full refund policy on any orders that fail to convert to the prescribed product audit rating, or as a consequence of the donor client withdrawing from the service provision, within 14 days of receipt, such refunds are in the form of a full re-credit CCF replacement, like for like product - (Pension - Investment - Mortgage).

All portal feeds are updated every 24 Hrs. We cannot accept double bookings of batch orders within a same month period beyond the maximum batch figure of 40 CCFs per corporate account holder.
